What is Hypochlorous Acid? (HOCl)

Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) is amongst nature’s most powerful antimicrobial compounds which has proven to kill bacteria, fungi and viruses, yet is non-toxic and safe. HOCl in its purest form is proven to kill:

  • Viruses such as MERS, SARS (COVID), and Norovirus
  • Bacteria such as antibiotic-resistant Staphylococcus
  • Moulds and other fungi including Aspergillus and Stachybotrys or (“Black Mould”)
Effective Ingredient:
Blu Hand Sanitiser is produced using ECA devices in our Gold Coast factory.

Hypochlorous acid (200 ppm) is the same compound produced by the immune system to fight infection.
